Senior Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Executive Search services to vendor organizations (IT principals) as well as end-user companies
• Acquire new customers and develop key accounts
• Exceed sales (billing) targets without compromising on customer satisfaction
• Manage multiple client assignments
• Leverage on Kelly’s regional/global network of offices for cross-border client engagements

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Executive Search or IT recruitment is highly preferred
• Experience working in a fast paced and target-oriented environment
• Good knowledge of the IT industry including trends, key players and industry contacts
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially at senior management level
• Ability to work well independently and with a team
• Self-motivated, cheerful and outgoing personality
