Consulting Manager
Reporting to the Senior Consulting Manager, you will manage and steer a team of recruitment consultants towards increased sales performance and profitability, with the highest regard for quality of service and customer delight. This is a new position with operational responsibility including hiring & training of consultants, people & performance management, business development, key account management & growth and process & workflow improvement. You will be expected to work closely with our other staffing teams in Singapore and the region on cross selling opportunities and will be involved in strategic initiatives such as annual business planning, budgeting and forecasting. As an ambassador of Kelly IT Resources®, you will proactively seek and participate in networking opportunities and help position Kelly IT Resources® as the leading provider of recruitment services to the IT sector.
You should be a graduate in IT, business or marketing (an MBA will be an added advantage) with about 8-10 years of sales experience including 2 years in leading small to mid-sized sales teams. You will have a proven track record in executive search or IT based services/consulting sales and excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills. Strong IT industry contacts and the ability to engage with senior level client executives are essential.
