IT Recruitment Consultant
The Job
- Provide IT recruitment services (including permanent and contract) to our clients
- Source suitable IT professionals across various technologies skills sets, for our clients’ IT positions
- Mine the database and post job advertisements on our websites and other portals to source quality IT candidates
- Actively network with candidate community and use innovative techniques to increase database
- Advise clients and candidates on market salaries and negotiate towards win-win deals
- Execute all activities with speed, without compromising on quality standards and client/candidate satisfaction
- Manage assigned accounts and support business development activities
- Exceed sales targets
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years IT recruitment experience in a target oriented environment
- Must be IT savvy and in tune with skills, developments and trends in the IT industry
- Ability to build and develop long lasting relationships and networks with clients and candidates
- To effectively source suitable candidates for challenging IT positions
- To juggle client management, candidate management and related tasks efficiently
- Should have good understanding of local employment market, immigration procedures, etc.
- Proficient in MS-Office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be very organized, able to multi-task and always demonstrate a sense of urgency
- Possesses a high degree of diplomacy and tact in managing issues
- Should be self-driven with ability to work well under pressure as an individual as well as a team
